How can I get a Placentia Library card?
Apply for a library card in-person at the library! Placentia Library District will issue a library card to California residents with a valid driver’s license, or U.S. government issued photo identification.
Accompanying proof of a current California address issued to the applicant within the last six (6) months is required
Consular ID’s, Out of State ID, or U.S. Passports may be used for identification along with current proof of address such as utility bills.
Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by one parent. The accompanying parent must present ID and current proof of address.
