Build Your Own Backpack Event

Event on July 11, 9-11 AM at Placenta Civic Center Plaza. Kids can build their own backpacks, one per child while supplies last.

Prepare for the new school year with a Build Your Own Backpack Event, held in partnership with Karina’s Backpack Project. We will be handing out 800 backpacks to children and families in the community to fill with school supplies to promote a healthy body and mind. Children ages 4-18 must be present to receive a free backpack and supplies, while supplies last. One backpack per child.
