Join local historian Chris Jepsen as he explores Orange County’s earliest history, from 9,000 years ago through the creation of our county in 1889. Ages 14+. No registration required. Program rescheduled from July 2024.
Día de los Muertos Paint Night

Join artist Flór Campos for a Día de los Muertos Paint Night. This acrylic painting tutorial will demonstrate how to paint marigolds. Marigolds, or cempasúchil, are a symbol seen in the Aztec and Mexican tradition to commemorate the union between life and death, and are used to celebrate departed loved ones on Día de los Muertos
Participants will follow step-by-step painting instructions and take home their own canvas at the end of the evening. Supplies will be provided. No registration needed, space is limited. First come, first served. Ages 14+.
